About the Role

Kelsian Group is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Data Maintenance Officer to support the Corporate Procurement team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with the possibility of extension. The role is primarily focused on data entry, data maintenance, data correction and supporting the resolution of procurement and supply chain data issues within Workday.

The successful candidate will help maintain supplier, purchase item, inventory item, catalogue, pricing and other procurement-related data. The role may also support reporting activities by preparing reporting inputs, checking data accuracy and assisting with basic data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain approved procurement and supply chain data in Workday.
• Maintain supplier, purchase item, inventory item, catalogue and pricing records as instructed.
• Enter approved changes to procurement master data in line with agreed processes, naming conventions and controls.
• Update data fields, classifications, units of measure, supplier links, pricing details and other procurement data.
• Assist with identifying and correcting duplicate records, incomplete fields, incorrect classifications, pricing errors and inconsistent naming.
• Support data cleansing activities across supplier, item, catalogue, inventory and pricing data.
• Investigate basic data discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.
• Prepare data inputs for procurement and supply chain reporting.
• Support basic checking and validation of report outputs.
• Assist users with basic procurement data queries relating to suppliers, items, catalogues or pricing.
• Support with data checks, system testing and issue investigation.

About You

This role would suit someone who is accurate, reliable, detail-focused and comfortable working with data and systems.

You will bring:

• experience in data entry, administration, procurement support, finance support, ERP data maintenance or similar;
• strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills;
• ability to follow agreed processes, work instructions and approval requirements;
• ability to complete repetitive data maintenance tasks accurately and consistently;
• good written and verbal communication skills;
• willingness to learn Workday, procurement data structures and procure-to-pay processes.

Experience using Workday or another ERP system is desirable. Experience with supplier, item, catalogue, pricing, inventory or master data records would be beneficial.

About the Role

Kelsian Group is seeking a Procurement Systems, Data & Reporting Lead to join our Corporate team.

This role is responsible for the maintenance, governance and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain data, Workday procurement processes and procurement reporting across the Group. The primary focus is ensuring supplier, purchase item, inventory item, catalogue, pricing and related procurement data is accurate, complete, controlled and available for reliable reporting and operational use.

The role will also support Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Inventory and related procurement processes, including the flow of approved master data from Workday to downstream operational systems used by our operating businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain procurement and supply chain master data in Workday, including suppliers, purchase items, inventory items, catalogue items, pricing records and supplier/item relationships.
• Maintain data standards, naming conventions, classifications and required fields to support purchasing, receipting, invoice matching, inventory activity and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate correction of duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or incorrectly classified records.
• Lead data cleansing, uplift and rectification activities.
• Develop, maintain and improve procurement and supply chain reports, dashboards and data extracts.
• Report on supplier spend, purchase order compliance, catalogue usage, pricing accuracy, open purchase orders, receipting issues, invoice matching issues and master data quality.
• Act as the Corporate Procurement business owner for relevant Workday procurement and supply chain processes.
• Work with Workday support teams, IT and external partners to review system changes, enhancements and issue resolution.
• Work with operational leaders who own downstream systems receiving supplier, item and procurement data from Workday.
• Chair the Procurement and Supply Chain Systems Centre of Excellence on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

About You

You will have strong procurement, supply chain, data, reporting or ERP experience and be confident working across procurement, finance, IT and operational teams.
You will bring:

• strong understanding of procurement and supply chain data;
• experience maintaining supplier, item, catalogue, inventory, pricing or procurement-related data;
• strong reporting, data analysis and problem-solving capability;
• ability to maintain accurate data in a controlled ERP environment;
• ability to translate business requirements into practical system, data or reporting outcomes;
• intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Inventory is desirable. Power BI, dashboarding, SQL exposure or experience with downstream operational systems would also be advantageous but is not essential.

Special Conditions

This role may require occasional travel to operational sites and support during ERP releases, audit or major system change periods. Hybrid working arrangements may apply in accordance with business requirements and company policy.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Support Officer to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the finance function during a system implementation period, ensuring continuity of core financial operations.

You will assist with transactional processing, bank reconciliations, debtor follow-ups, and data accuracy checks, helping to maintain the integrity of financial records during the transition. The role requires someone who can quickly pick up processes with minimal training, work independently, and support the team in keeping finance operations running smoothly and accurately.

Duties

As the Accounts Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by:

• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Following up on outstanding debtor balances
• Assisting with the validation of financial data accuracy between the legacy system and the new system

The Bus Aide plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers travelling on Horizons West school bus services. Duties

Horizon West Bus and Coachlines is seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Diesel, Auto-Electrical and/or Auto-Air-Conditioning Technician to join our workshop team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for performing safe, timely, and cost-effective repair and maintenance on our diverse fleet of vehicles, including diesel, electrical, and air-conditioning systems. You will work closely with the Workshop Manager and Senior Trades personnel to optimise the operational efficiency of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Repair & Maintenance (Approx. 80% Time Allocation)

• General Maintenance:
  
  • Perform routine A, B, and C servicing on all vehicle types.
    
  • Conduct Road Safety Inspections to ensure vehicle compliance ahead of HVAIS inspections.
    
  • Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.
    
  • Lead breakdown repairs and vehicle recoveries to minimize downtime.
    
  • Conduct daily fleet checks to assess vehicle condition and identify potential maintenance needs.
    
  • Provide preventative maintenance recommendations to improve vehicle reliability.
    

• Diesel Fitting:
  
  • Disassemble, repair, and replace critical components like engines, transmissions, and steering mechanisms.
    
  • Conduct system diagnostics and repair or replace defective parts using specialized tools and equipment.

• Auto-Electrical:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, alternators, and starter motors.
    
  • Calibrate and repair electronic components such as sensors, ECUs, and dashboard displays.
    
  • Inspect and address potential issues in electrical systems to prevent failures.

• Air-Conditioning:
  • Perform repairs and replacements of air-conditioning components, including compressors and evaporators.
  • Conduct gas recharging services, adhering to environmental regulations.
  • Ensure optimal performance of air-conditioning systems through inspection and cleaning.

Administration & Communication (Approx. 10% Time Allocation

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of parts and services.
• Accurately record maintenance and repair work for tracking and vehicle service history.
• Communicate effectively with Operations to coordinate vehicle availability and inform of out-of-service vehicles.

Apprentice Mentorship (Approx. 10% Time Allocation)

• Provide guidance and support to apprentices, helping them develop their technical skills in diesel, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.
• Demonstrate and reinforce safe work practices, ensuring apprentices comply with workplace health and safety policies.
• Regularly review apprentice progress and provide feedback to the Workshop Manager.

Skills & Experience Required

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent.
• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology or equivalent.
• Valid Heavy Rigid Western Australian driver’s license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in diesel fitting, auto-electrical, or vehicle air-conditioning systems.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.
  
• Intermediate data entry skills and computer literacy.
  
• Commitment to staying current with technical advancements in diesel, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting the vessel Master and Engineer to endure the vessel is operated safely and efficiently and is presented to its best possible standard whilst maintaining the highest level of client comfort.

The opportunity

We are searching for a trade qualified Electrician who is ready to join our team of dedicated tradespeople based at Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Electrician role will deliver preventative and repair maintenance across two resort properties, including undertaking electrical testing and compliance. 

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working up to 76 hours per fortnight requiring relocation into the resorts staff village. Kingfisher Bay Resort is the premiere eco accommodation on K'gari, the world's biggest sand island. This sustainably built, integrated resort offers hotel, villa and house accommodation for 1000+ guests and employees.

As our trusted Guest Relations Agent, your primary focus is picking up and dropping off K’gari Explorer Tour guests. You will greet guests, assist with their luggage, and help deliver a wonderful first and last impression of Kingfisher Bay Resort.

This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, including split shifts (for example 6:00am–9:00am and 5:00pm–7:00pm), approximately 5 to 8 hours per day, across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

About the Role

The Eurong Bakery is a bustling outlet and a local favourite amongst visitors to the island. It provides bread, donuts, freshly made sandwiches and a variety of hot food throughout the day.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a positive, motivated and professional Strata and Body Corporate Officer (Villa Coordinator) to join our dynamic housekeeping team at Kingfisher Bay Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). The Villa Coordinator is the key link between villa owners, guests and our on‑island operational teams. You’ll ensure every villa is safe, compliant, beautifully presented and ready to deliver an exceptional stay. From coordinating maintenance and housekeeping inspections to managing owner communications and governance requirements, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the quality, standards and reputation of our villas.

Working closely with owners and key stakeholders, our ideal candidate will have previous property management and housekeeping experience along with the willingness to regularly commute to the island (minimum 3 days per week) or work and live at Kingfisher Bay Resort. This is a permanent full-time position of 76 hours a fortnight.

• Previous property management, body corporate, strata management experience is essential

The Opportunity

K'gari Explorer Tours, an award-winning team based in Hervey Bay and Rainbow Beach, are looking for local Tour Guides to provide our guests with off-road adventures on K'gari (Fraser Island), the UNESCO World Heritage listed island. These are permanent part-time roles based in Hervey Bay and Rainbow Beach with a lot to offer! 

We explore the island's most iconic spots including Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek and the Maheno Shipwreck. The ever-changing landscapes of K'gari are home to an array of natural wonders from freshwater lakes with white sandy beaches, desert-like sand blows to ancient rainforests with rare king ferns growing in sand.

Our guides travel in comfort, with our modern air-conditioned 4WD buses with no cooking or camp set-ups required!  We also provide your meals on every trip, so you can focus on providing the best experience to our visitors. Plus, if you're required to stay overnight it will be in our resort accommodation. 

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, enjoys tour guiding and who has a love for K'gari (Fraser Island) and its surrounds. You'll be a natural leader with a sense of humour and an ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Ideally, you've already worked in a role where you have been a tour guide or taught others, and ideally have an appreciation for the outdoors.

About the role

The position of Chief Engineer is an integral part of SeaLink South Australia's Marine Operations crew. The primary function of this role is the safe and efficient operation of Company vessel engines and mechanical systems. This will include working as part of a team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times.

The Chief Engineer is expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethics. This position requires interpersonal and organisational skills, and effective written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the Engineers work practices, standards and performance, and assists with deck loading operations. A sound knowledge of the vessels is essential to all aspects of this role.

The Chief Engineer works 7 days on, 7 days off, and at times outside of these hours during periods of annual slipping and maintenance requirements. This role reports to the Master of the vessel and will be working in close conjunction with the Marine Operations Manager, and the Marine Maintenance Manager.  It is essential that you hold a Marine Engineer Class 3 certification. Only applicants with this certification will be considered.

About the Role

The Second Engineers’ primary function is to assist with the safe and secure operations of Company vessels. This will include working as part of a well-established cohesive team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times. You will be working in close conjunction with the Chief Engineer.

This position requires interpersonal and organisational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. Regular communication with passengers to assist in loading and unloading the ferry is required therefore a level of personal engagement is required.

The Leading Hand Cabin Attendant is an integral position in the Hospitality operations on the Murray Princess. The position involves all aspects of housekeeping, including but not limited to: cabin cleaning, making beds daily, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and general cleaning of cabins and public areas. The position also involves dining room set-up, drink/food waiting, polishing of cutlery, guest boarding, folding of napkins, cabin cleaning, room allocations and other related tasks as required.

Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies and ensuring sufficient stock is on board. High standards are expected to ensure quality is guaranteed for paying guests, with daily cabin inspections.

The Marine Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Sealink South Australia Marine Operations team based in Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island.  This role reports to the Marine Operations Manager and provides daily planning and rostering services to Kangaroo Island Ferry Service.

The Marine Operations Coordinator's primary responsibilities will be preparing and producing ferry crew rosters, processing fortnightly timesheets, managing leave requests, assisting with operational and maintenance requirements, and performing other administrative duties required to ensure the safe and effective operation of the ferries. You will be required to maintain records and monitor expiry dates for our employees to meet marine compliance and licensing requirements, identify training needs, and coordinate the trainees' rosters to ensure rostering requirements are met with our provider. 

The successful applicant will be innovative and analytical, ensuring we achieve and maintain high standards of operational excellence and meet budgeting requirements.  Our new KIFS contract is underpinned by KPI’s which we are obligated to meet. You will need to manage and report on key elements each month; attention to detail is therefore key. You will be required to build strong relationships with crew members and be the main contact for all administrative duties. This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling and strong time management skills.

Some after-hours and weekend work may be required from time to time.

The Master must ensure the vessel maintains compliance with all relevant local and domestic laws, company policies, and is responsible for the implementation and verification of the Safety Management System on board.

SeaLink WA is searching for experienced Shore Based Marine Maintenance Technicians with a broad skill-base, who can positively contribute to the culture of the team as well as keeping the fleet in a safe, compliant, and pristine condition. 

We are looking for someone with a broad skill base across the marine maintenance field. It requires someone who can be flexible with hours and who loves to be part of a dynamic team often under pressure. You will report to the WA Maintenance Manager and will be part of the shore-based maintenance team working in both our Fremantle shipyard and Perth city jetty's.

The maintenance part of the job is exactly what it sounds like. You will conduct routine planned maintenance, attend breakdown maintenance, assist contractors in higher level maintenance, support on-board engineers, skippers and crew as required, and attend to an array of ad-hoc duties, both on our vessels and around the jetties/offices & workshops.

The role forms an integral part of a professional maritime support team

The systems and machinery you will gain exposure to include:

• 10 vessels ranging from 25-35m

Casual positions available with immediate start.

Average shift timings range between 7am to 9am and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Medium Rigid or above Drivers licence preferred.
• Have the ability to obtain Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authorisation
• Be able to obtain a Working with Children card

To ensure success this role requires commitment, initiative, careful planning, problem solving and decision making, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, communication, interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibility:

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your primary responsibilities would be, but not limited to:

• Perform bus body repairs, panel replacement, straightening and minor fabrication in steel
• Unscheduled Accident repairs and maintenance.
• Annual Licensing Pre-inspection of vehicles of Transperth inspections.
• Carry out bus driving duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as per the positions JDF.

Selection Criteria:

We’re looking for someone with:

• A relevant trade qualification and proven experience.
• A Heavy Rigid (HR) class driver’s licence or higher or ability to obtain.
• Skills and Knowledge to fulfill the role and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance.
