  • Coordinate bid inputs and stakeholders across internal functions and external advisors, tracking actions, risks and issues and escalating matters impacting quality, compliance or timelines.

  • Draft, edit and refine high-quality tender responses aligned to evaluation criteria and win themes, translating technical and operational SME input into clear, consistent and compelling proposal content.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all submission documents, including executive summaries, methodologies, transition plans, value propositions and supporting schedules.

  • Maintain compliance frameworks and quality assurance processes, including compliance matrices, response registers, document control, review cycles and final submission readiness checks.

  • Drive continuous improvement across tender processes by capturing lessons learned, supporting post-tender debriefs, and maintaining response libraries, templates and standard content.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary Qualifications in a Business, Communications, Project Management, Commerce or related discipline (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in Bids/Tenders, Business Development, or Proposals
  • Experience in government procurement and/or public transport (desirable).
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including drafting, editing and proofreading high-quality, compliant tender responses with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded and highly organised, able to balance quality, compliance, risk and time pressures.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Willingness to travel as required to support bid planning, workshops, and submissions.

Benefits

  • Collaborative environment with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • National growth pipeline and meaningful career development pathways.
  • Work that directly impacts community transport outcomes.
