Driver Fast Track ProgramOur Driver Fast Track Program is a structured end-to-end pathway designed to take you from applicant to fully operational Bus Driver in as little as 4 weeks. You will receive support at every stage from Recruitment, Training and Operations teams to ensure you are set up for success. We support you with: - Licence upgrades (Car Licence to MR)
- Commercial Driver Medical Assessments
- Driver Authority applications
- Working With Children Check
- Police Checks
- Driver History Checks
- Nationally recognised RTO-accredited Bus Driver training
What You’ll Be Doing- Operating buses across charter services, school runs and regular passenger routes
- Delivering professional and friendly customer service
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
- Supporting essential transport services across growing Western Sydney communities
About You✔ Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident ✔ Hold a current C Class, MR or HR licence ✔ Unrestricted Australian licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months ✔ Strong driving history and customer service mindset ✔ Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts ✔ Willing to complete medical and pre-employment checks ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No Experience? No Problem.No bus driving experience is required. If you have the right attitude, commitment and customer focus, we will support you every step of the way through training and onboarding.
