About the Role You will be dual trained as a deckhand/customer service officer. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering safe and exceptional passenger experience. You Will: - Deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills
- Be flexible to work split shifts, early mornings, late afternoons, including weekends and public holidays
- Be able to start work from a variety of fleet locations
- Follow instructions from vessel masters
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Work Health & Safety
- Apply effective conflict resolution skills
- Be well presented and physically capable of performing the role.
- Participate in all required training, including safety drills
Qualifications - Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current CPR/First Aid Certificate
