Multi-award-winning WHITSUNDAY JETSKI TOURS is looking for an amazing addition to our team living and working on the beautiful Hayman Island.

To be eligible for the position, you must fit the following criteria: 

• Have an AWESOME personality - The position is entirely customer service orientated. You must have what it takes to provide our guests with a guaranteed ‘once in a lifetime’ experience.
  
  
• Have a LOVE for Watersports - A strong passion and experience with motorised Watersports are integral to the position. 
  
  
• Be a TEAM player - We are seeking a ‘people person’ who comfortably fits in the social, active and outdoorsy environment of adventure tourism. A person who thrives off assisting and motivating others around them whilst also being able to be strategically focused on safety and guest satisfaction.
  
  
• Be COMMITTED - for the long run - We’re a small team and know how important a committed team player is…We are willing to provide the best quality equipment and training to those who are committed to a long-term position within our motorised Watersports team. 
• Live on ISLAND - You must be willing and able to live on Hayman Island and comply with village life. 
  
  - A boat and PWC licence is necessary to undertake this position, with a Coxswain ticket preferred.  

This position is a full-time position based on Hayman Island and our operations run 7 days per week; you would work a 5/2 roster.

We are looking for a minimum 12-month, so local residents are encouraged to apply. This position is not suitable for those looking only for their 88 days or a short-term role.
