Kelsian Group Limited is currently delivering a major transformation program, implementing Workday Financials across our global operations. A critical component of this program is the procure-to-pay (P2P) and inventory capability — and we are now seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in making this a success.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on preparing, cleansing, mapping and validating procurement and inventory data for migration into Workday. You will become one of Kelsian’s subject matter experts for Workday’s P2P and Inventory modules, supporting implementation, go-live readiness and ongoing business-as-usual activities post-implementation.
A major focus of the role is ownership of the Workday Inventory SKU, including the design, configuration and delivery of a standardised inventory model across Kelsian’s global business units.
You will work closely with finance, procurement, operations, IT and external partners across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and alignment with Workday’s data model.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver supplier, item and inventory master data readiness for Workday P2P and Inventory
Cleanse, transform, map and validate data from multiple legacy systems into Workday
Design and implement a standardised inventory model across global operations
Support data loads, testing cycles, reconciliation and validation activities
Set up and maintain supplier catalogues aligned to procurement workflows
Work with stakeholders to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies and issues
Maintain documentation, version control and audit-ready data artefacts
Identify and escalate data risks that may impact procurement or financial processes
Support cutover, go-live and post-implementation BAU procurement activities
About You
To be successful, you will have bring your:
Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain and/or inventory data structures
Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups and data validation
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with global stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple data streams and deadlines independently
Experience with Workday (highly desirable) or other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JDE
Understanding of finance or accounting principles (desirable)
Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
Experience supporting ERP implementations or data migration projects
Experience with catalogue creation, inventory management and item attribute management
Experience working in complex, multi-site or global organisations
Background in transport, logistics or asset-intensive industries is advantageous but not essential
