Swan Transit is actively seeking qualified Panel Beater/ Body Builder to join our workshop teams at Southern River Depot on a full-time basis (5 days a week), offering an excellent work-life balance.

Role & Responsibility:

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your primary responsibilities would be, but not limited to:

  • Routine servicing of the bus fleet.
  • Unscheduled Accident repairs and maintenance.
  • Annual Licensing Pre-inspection of vehicles of Transperth inspections.
  • Servicing of workshop equipment.
  • Carry out bus driving duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties as per the positions JDF.

Selection Criteria:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A relevant trade qualification and proven experience.
  • A minimum of a Heavy Rigid (HR) class driver’s licence or higher.
  • Skills and Knowledge to fulfill the role and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance.
