About the Role

Located in the heart of Airlie Beach, SeaLink Whitsundays is a division of Sealink Marine and Tourism - Australia's largest Marine and Tourism company, incorporating Red Cat Adventures and Whitsunday Jet skis.

The Reservations Administrator plays a pivotal role for the division in ensuring a seamless, exceptional guest experience each time. The role provides day to day coordination of the end-to-end reservation process effectively and efficiently to achieve results.

Building effective relationships with both external stakeholders and internal stakeholders to promote exceptional experiences, showcase the range of product offerings across the division and works with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities for the division.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and innovative division operating tours 364 days of the year. The agility of this role is essential to its success. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week as part of a roster covering our 7day operation.

About You

A passionate experienced Reservations Administrator (preferably with local knowledge) enthusiastic about the quality of our products and creating exceptional guest experiences in Adventure Tourism.  Excited by the opportunity to work with a dynamic company, achievement orientated with a commitment to delivering optimum results. Required skills

• Organizational: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities to meet required deadlines efficiently and effectively
• Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with managers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills: Proven capability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and independently resolve problems.
• Agility - To adapt to operational changes with innovative solutions to achieve the optimum outcome for both guests and the division 
• Customer Service: A focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience each time 
• Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with online communication tools

Essential 

• Min 2 years' experience in a reservations role in the tourism industry.
• Experience in booking systems and CRM software (Fare Harbor, Quick Travel, Rezdy and Hero desirable) 
• Current driver's license 

Desirable

• Multilingual 
• Current Drivers Authority 
• Genral accounting knowledge
