About the Role

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking a proactive, dedicated and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a vital role in supporting enterprise transformation and technology implementation - including our global rollout of Workday Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM). This pivotal role will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring functional solutions deliver genuine business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support process improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives
• Assist with data reporting and visualisation to inform key decisions
• Play a critical role in project delivery, user acceptance testing, and post go-live support
• Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Ensure business readiness and adoption of technology change

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a corporate or enterprise setting
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) - highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or similar
• Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a bonus
