Swan Transit is seeking expressions of interest for a suitable Bus Service Officers for the new Whiteman Park and Ellenbrook train stations.
The successful applicant will provide assistance and support in the successful operation of the Transperth bus network. This customer focused position ensures bus services operation in accordance with the approved timetable including the connections to and from Transperth services. In addition to being the primary point of contact to intending customers and supporting drivers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Providing customer service at Whiteman Park Station between the hours of 0630 to 0900 and 1500 to 1830, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Providing customer service at Ellenbrook Station between the hours of 0630 to 0900 and 1500 to 1830, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Provide support to bus drivers servicing the station.
Identify and report any fleet compliance issues.
ABOUT YOU
Good customer service and inter-personal skills
Able to work unsupervised.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance record.
Assist and support Depot Coordinator.
Commitment to Strong safety performance.
Able to follow Swan Transit Policy and Procedures.
This new position is a non-driving role, and as such does not require the successful applicant to hold a heavy vehicle licence.
