The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a positive, motivated and professional Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic front office team at K'gari Beach Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). The Guest Service Agent is primarily responsible for ensuring a proficient and genuine customer service delivery to provide an exception guest experience.

 

Our ideal candidate will have previous resort or hotel front desk experience and the willingness to live on island at K'gari Beach Resort. This is a permanent part-time position working across a broad rostering system of up to 76 hours a fortnight.

 

Affordable Island Living @ only $310.50 per fortnight includes private room, 3 meals every day, utilities and Wi-Fi. Leave the hustle and bustle behind!

 

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of customer service, work ethic and personal presentation
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort environment
  • Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation
  • Microsoft Office Suite literate
  • Demonstrate the understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace
  • Knowledge and experience in RMS booking system highly regarded
