*Conditions and employment duration may apply About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Chef De Partie who enjoys working across multiple outlets in a resort environment, with a dynamic team. This full time, live-on island position, is located at Kingfisher Bay Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island) amongst a world heritage national park. Step into our resort kitchen team, where your adaptability and leadership shine! Craft and present high‑quality dishes, working closely with our team, to bring each menu to life. As a natural mentor, you’ll guide and inspire junior team members, fostering a positive, safety‑first culture that keeps our kitchens thriving. From maintaining top-tier hygiene standards to supporting stock control and minimising waste, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Skills, Qualifications & Experience - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education (Essential)
- Food Safety Course (Essential)
- Minimum 2-years in a Chef de Partie role (preferred)
- Advanced communication and organisational skills
- Efficient and effective time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Previous experience within multi outlet resort / hotel environment
