Horizons West is part of Kelsian Group Limited, Australia’s largest integrated land and marine, tourism and public transport service provider with established international operations in London, USA and Singapore. About the Role

This isn’t your typical fixed-route bus job.

You’ll be operating a dynamic, app-based transport service, responding to real-time passenger demand rather than following a set timetable. Every shift is a little different — keeping the role engaging and rewarding.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality transport experience for passengers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating modern, automatic vehicles (12-seater capacity)
• Providing safe, reliable, and friendly transport services
• Navigating routes using onboard technology and driver apps
• Assisting passengers and delivering a high standard of customer service
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for service

What We're Looking For

• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Confidence using technology (apps/navigation systems)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go
