Who you are

We’re looking for more than technical excellence. You bring:

  • 15+ years’ corporate/commercial law experience, with ASX and M&A exposure.
  • A proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, confident, pragmatic, and people-focused.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves while steering the big picture.
  • Hunger to shape and deliver strategy at a global scale.

Why join Kelsian?

  • Executive seat at the table: Direct influence with the Board, Group CEO and other Group Executives.
  • Hands-on and strategic: A role that rewards leaders who can execute and transform.
  • Global stage: Operate across four countries while headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia.
  • Future focus: ESG, digital transformation, and risk resilience at the heart of the brief.
  • Impact at scale: Every decision helps shape how millions of people travel.

If you’re ready to build a team, shape a legacy, and play a defining role in the future of global transport, we’d love to hear from you.
