About the Role:

 

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for the SBS portfolio's daily operations and assisting the Operations department wherever needed.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage general contracts: Ensure compliance and client satisfaction through daily administrative support.
  • Coordinate tasks: Handle contract setup, amendments, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise effectively: Communicate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders on various service-related matters.
  • Maintain data accuracy: Keep passenger lists, route data, maps, and documents up-to-date.
  • Prepare claims and reports: Support in documentation and tender submissions.
  • Communicate service disruptions: Notify clients of disruptions or changes as required.
  • Reporting: Generate timely and accurate contractual obligation reports and performance metrics.
  • Data management: Reconcile and ensure data integrity for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Staff and roster management: Support driver, aide scheduling, and training compliance.
  • Backup operations: Provide operational coverage as needed.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Office, Excel & CMS
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of contractual conditions
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
