About the Role

Red Cat Adventures is a National Tourism Award Winning Company. We are an innovative, fast paced and fun tourism business that is passionate about our experiences.

Our Bus Driver - Tour Guides play an integral part of our Red Cat adventures experience.

Our drivers are responsible for the safe, timely transportation of passengers between Red Cat Adventures office and, guest accommodation and the Marina and Vice Versa.

In addition to transporting our guests we have the opportunity to undertake the guiding of our land-based tours ensuring and exceptional and informative day out with our guests.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

Bus Driving 

• Exceptional customer service
• Ensuring our service is delivered on time every time
• Ensure passenger safety 
• Assist with guest handover to Marine Crew 
• Abide by Queensland Government Road Rules 
•  Ensuring vehicle is clean and maintained in a professional manner 
• Driver manifests are maintained and provided to office 
• Assist with Marine storage requirements 

Tour Guide 

• Coordinating land-based tours
• Providing an exceptional experience for our guests that is informative and impactful
• confirming and coordinating catering requirements 

About You

You will have an enthusiastic attitude, enjoy delivering an exceptional service and have exceptional communication skills. e

The successful applicant will need the following:

• 1 year's experience in a similar role within the Whitsundays 
• Open Drivers license
• Drivers Authority or ability to obtain
• Senior First Aid 
• CPR/02 
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Fun & friendly attitude
