About the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team under a 12-month full time contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Bookings and Operations teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. What you will do: - Manage the operations inbox and phone lines, ensuring efficient triage and delegation of requests.
- Process and verify driver timesheets and allowances, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries through application services and general operations, escalating issues as required.
- Manage lost property, complaints, and incident follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with route optimisation, data analysis, and reporting to support operational efficiency.
- Support charter/client administration, including reporting, travel arrangements, and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Follow up on purchase orders and process payments.
- Contribute to special projects and generate performance reports as assigned.
What you will need: - Strong administration and customer service skills, with confident phone and email communication.
- Precise attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel) and ability to work with operational reports.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling employee and client information.
