Join an award-winning tourism and transport company ASX Listed with over 12,000+ employees globally Brisbane or Sydney based About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance System Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving Transit Systems' Integrated Management System (Health & Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance, and Assets) to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. The role focuses on translating operational practices into clear, structured, and auditable documentation, alongside promoting a culture of safety and quality that delivers timely reporting of HSEQA performance. Duties Design, develop, and maintain quality management system (QMS) documentation, ensuring policies, procedures and frameworks are clear, compliant and aligned with ISO standards and business requirements. Oversee document control and governance, including versioning, approvals, review cycles, registers, classification and accessibility across the organisation. Enhance and continuously improve the integrated management system to meet ISO, regulatory and contractual obligations across Transit Systems and its Strategic Business Units. Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture operational practices, facilitate consultation, and deliver practical, standardised and fit-for-purpose documentation. Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes, consolidate documentation, and strengthen consistency, usability and efficiency across the QMS. Provide assurance, training and expert guidance, supporting audits, certifications, regulatory compliance and building organisational capability in quality management systems.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience - Degree or Diploma in HSE/HR/System Management or Business (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and coordination of an integrated management system (Quality)
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Process mapping experience (e.g. Flowcharts, SIPOC)
- Strong knowledge of the Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice associated with the HSEQA or other applicable requirements
- Deep understanding of Risk Management principles
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO-based document management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 55001).
- Ability to consult effectively with management and work independently or in teams
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Refined techical writing and documentation skills
- Analytical, research, and evaluation capability
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
