About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part/Full Time Permanent Shift Team Leader – Sales Consultant to join our terminal sales team. This role combines sales excellence with leadership responsibility, supervising and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service. About You

  •   Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a team of Sales Consultants, Carpark Attendants, and Cleaners as a Shift Team Leader
  •   Ability to work autonomously while also guiding and motivating team members
  •   Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a dynamic terminal environment
  •   Exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  •   Reliable, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication skills
  •   Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
  •   Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  •   Strong work ethic and a positive “Can Do” attitude
  •   Well presented at all times with a professional approach
  •   Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •    Effective planning and organizational skills
  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •    Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  •    Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster between 6:00 AM and 6:15 PM

 

These attributes will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

  •   Leadership experience in guiding and supporting teams to achieve goals
  •   Senior First Aid and Resuscitation Qualifications
  •   Cash handling experience
  •   Proven track record of excellent customer service 
  •   Strong verbal communication skills
  •   Accurate time management 
  •   Strong problem-solving/ conflict management skills
  •   Qualification in Telecommunications - Desirable
  •   Qualification in Travel and Tourism - Desirable
  •   Sales and customer service experience - Essential
  •   Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals - Essential
  •   Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable
  •   Experience in the Transport Industry – Desirable
