Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our inbound call centre at SeaLink K'gari in Hervey Bay, Queensland is seeking a dynamic individual to take reservations for our renowned travel offerings, including Kingfisher Bay Resort and K'gari Explorer Tours. Join a friendly and fast-paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Handle telephone reservations efficiently and professionally.
• Manage incoming emails and data entry tasks.
• Upsell and promote SeaLink K'gari's offerings.
• Provide accurate quotes and exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in reservations in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Familiarity with booking systems, RMS, and hotel-related software.
