*Conditions and employment duration may apply SeaLink is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team. This role oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with company standards and KPIs. If you're passionate about excellent customer service and have a knack for leading teams to success, this opportunity could be yours!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales & Reservations team to achieve high performance
- Manage rosters and allocate workloads effectively
- Ensure accurate booking processes across all platforms
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Manage customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Foster a team culture of exceptional guest service
- Implement innovative ideas to continually improve experience & service
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification in Hospitality or Tourism or working towards completion
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge base of call centre technology, systems, process and products
- Proven hospitality or tourism industry experience in sales and reservations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Desirable experience - RMS Cloud PMC, ihotelier, Quick Travel, Siteminder
