About the Role Download the information kit for complete details of the role requirements. You will be dual trained as a customer service officer/deckhand. Once you have read the information kit and feel this role is for you, please follow the instructions provided. About You - You will possess excellent communication and inter-personnel skills to provide exceptional customer service, safety and welfare of our customers.
- You will be able to work a variety of shifts; morning/afternoon split shifts; late afternoons and early morning; including weekends and public holidays.
- You will be able to start work at different locations where our fleet are housed.
- You will be able to take and follow instruction from our Masters.
- Understand and be committed to Work Health and Safety (WH&S).
- Apply effective conflict resolution skills.
- Very well presented and physically capable of performing the role.
Qualifications - You will need to possess or willing to obtain a current Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).
- Possess current CPR/First Aid Certificate or can obtain.
