We are currently seeking an experienced casual Master <24m to join our Bay Islands Operations here in Southeast Queensland - Sothern Morten Bay Islands

About the Role
This exciting position requires a Master who is experienced in operating jet powered vessels and is willing to take on late shifts.
The Master will be responsible for the daily efficient operation of the extensive fleet consisting of vehicle barges and fast ferries whilst maintaining excellence in safety, reliability, and guest service at all times. The primary function of the role is the safe and secure operations and navigations of the vessel and to ensure the health and safety of all guests and crew on board.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience with jet operated powered vessels leading a fast-paced team with diverse responsibilities.
The Master must ensure the vessel maintains compliance with all relevant local laws and company policies and is responsible for the implementation and verification of the Safety Management System on board. This role requires leadership, energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling and time management.
