The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4, and 7-night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world. About the role The primary function of the Night Porter role is the night watch and the safety of the vessel. This role requires that you work autonomously during the majority of your shift. The roster is 7 days on/ 7 days off. Shifts commence on a Friday. The Night Porter's responsibilities include hourly patrols of the vessel, recording the regulatory compliance requirements via the wheelhouse's logbook, waiter duties, setting up the dining room for breakfast, cleaning paddlewheel lounges, spas and saunas, gym room, laundry, public toilets, sundeck, and cleaning brass railings and handrails. About You - Proven strong guest/ customer service skills

These key requirements will be complemented by experience and skills in the following areas: - Responsible Service of Alcohol – Essential
- Experience in the Tourism and or Hospitality Industry - Desirable
- Food Safety Certificate - Desirable
- Current First Aid – Essential
