We are looking for live on,and live off staff, to join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, working across multiple outlets at Kingfisher Bay Resort or at K'gari Beach Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). Your role will involve providing exceptional guest dining experiences, ensuring prompt and professional service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you have a dynamic personality with the ability to provide an exceptional level of service to guests at all times, we want to hear from you.
Key Role Requirement - K'gari Beach Resort (Live On only)
To provide exceptional customer service exceeding guests needs and service expectations within the Food and Beverage department. Proven ability to work the various outlets, inclusive of buffet, a la carte, bar and bakery service across outlets including McKenzie’s Restaurant, Top Bar, Café Bakery and Beach Bar.

Proven ability to work the various outlets, inclusive of buffet, a la carte and bar service across outlets including Sand and Wood, Sand Bar, Dune Restaurant, Maheno Bar & Sunset Bar
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Food Safety Course - Desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Barista - Desirable
- Mixologist - Desirable
- Experience in high-quality customer service
- Tourism industry Experience – Desirable
- Experience in delivering quality Food and Beverage service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a close team environment
