The SeaLink Marine and Tourism operation of Sydney that operates Captain Cook Cruises, The Jackson and the Starship Group, is seeking a bright and energetic individual who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills to become part of our friendly reservations and customer service team.
What you will do
Reservations - You will be taking reservations for our many cruise and ferry products through our proprietary reservations system.
Sales - You will be actively selling a range of the company's cruise and ferry products, interacting with 100's of customers daily face to face.
Information - You will be providing guidance and advice to tourists
Bright, friendly, outgoing personality
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure bookings well managed
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Previous Sales / Retail experience - an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours of Work
We are offering two exciting opportunities to work within the team.
Full time- This is a permanent full-time position Tuesday - Saturday.
Casual - This position will require flexibility and availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
