With a total of 3 ferries from Perth and Fremantle out to Rottnest Island, this is a great opportunity to join a committed and experienced team.
About the Role
You will be required to work a mixture of shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends & public holidays. You will report to the Marine Operations Manager.
These are key roles within the organisation and requires leadership, energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and time management skills.

Proven strong leadership skills and people management
Strong Communication - written and verbal
Organisation and planning
Ability to perform autonomously and effective delegation
Flexibility and reliability
Outstanding customer service
Proven ability to handle difficult situations
Be well presented at all times
Ability to interact with guests in a friendly yet professional manner whist promoting the philosophies of SeaLink WA
Available to work public holidays, weekends and evenings - Essential
Full availability from October to end March - Essential
These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
Senior First Aid Qualification - Essential
Minimum MED2 Qualification - Essential
Understanding of AHA COVID-19 hygiene - Essential
Current Driver's Licence - Essential
Knowledge of Safety Management Systems - Essential
Knowledge of WH&S Regulations - Essential
