Our award-winning team provide an extensive culinary offering for our guests across multiple outlets, from pool-side buffet breakfasts, al-la-carte lunch/dinner service, fine-dining and casual bistro.
Due to exciting growth we have immediate opportunities for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a live-on island opportunity; the successful candidate will be required to relocate to the island and live in our staff village.

About You Passionate about fine food and quality wine Understanding of financial acumen and ability to provide departmental reporting as required Ability to drive business and cross sell resort opportunities to guests during their stay Adherence and understanding of relevant Industry legislation, insurance and industry standards. Inclusive of: Privacy, liquor, security, safety, health and hygiene, industrial relations and environmental regulations Demonstrated ability to be able to float between outlets, understanding and managing the various expectations within each outlet Committed to delivering brilliant customer experiences Ability to commit to rostered shifts over 7 days The ability to relocate and live in the staff accommodation Hold the right to live and work in Australia
Role requirements Minimum 2 years experience post-qualification Experience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded) Diploma Hospitality Management (highly regarded) Demonstrated high level of staff management and motivational skills Hold a current Queensland RSA certificate with strong wine, barista coffee and cocktail knowledge - or have the ability to obtain one for employment “All final applicants for this position will be required to consent to a criminal record check.
