As a Senior Sous Chef, reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a catering team across our Sydney Harbour fleet. You will work onboard as a delivery team member within our onboard kitchens and onshore, assisting with the administration of the catering department. You will become proficient with every aspect of our diverse menu offering and understand the workflows and processing to ensure our galleys run effectively and efficiently. You will be qualified and have at least two years 'experience in a similar environment. You will work well under pressure. You must also have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices and be able to demonstrate this knowledge. The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a business on a growth curve that is connected nationwide with significant career path opportunities.
