SeaLink Sydney Harbour operates the largest fleet of charter vessels on Sydney Harbour and is Australia's leading and most experienced operator.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team in delivering quality food service on one of Australia's premium Tourism and Event businesses. 

You will be working on one of our renowned Sydney Harbour vessels including, The Jackson, Starship Sydney and Sydney 2000. Our extensive fleet of 17 vessels can cater for over 3000 passengers per departure.

 About the role

We seek a positive individual with good communication skills to become part of our friendly and professional, results-oriented catering team who offers exceptional service to a wide range of customers seeking an outstanding cruise and leisure experience.

As a Senior Sous Chef, reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a catering team across our Sydney Harbour fleet. You will work onboard as a delivery team member within our onboard kitchens and onshore, assisting with the administration of the catering department. You will become proficient with every aspect of our diverse menu offering and understand the workflows and processing to ensure our galleys run effectively and efficiently. You will be qualified and have at least two years 'experience in a similar environment. You will work well under pressure. You must also have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices and be able to demonstrate this knowledge.
