At Torrens Transit, we operate a modern fleet of over 820 vehicles and employ over 1,360 staff to operate and maintain the bus network across metropolitan Adelaide. Join our diverse team at Torrens Transit, within our busy Planning and Scheduling team based at 171 Morphett Road, Morphettville.
Reporting directly to the Service Planning & Performance Manager, our team works collaboratively to deliver transport services to the community through our fleet of buses in the metropolitan area.

Our Planning and Scheduling Team responsibilities:
Plan and develop services to meet our contractual obligations to the Department of Infrastructure and Transport
Design and produce efficient and cost-effective shifts
Support our bus drivers to deliver efficient transport services across metropolitan Adelaide
The opportunity to influence the development of urban public transport services
Strong technical capabilities gained in a Planning environment, including identification of critical issues and effective problem-solving
Experience with, and a good understanding of Adelaide’s public transport system operations
Demonstrated capability with written and verbal communications including report writing and presentations
Knowledge of transport scheduling software (AUSTRICS highly desirable)
