Torrens Transit has a full-time vacancy at our Morphettville depot due to an internal transfer. Reporting directly to the Senior Administrator, this position is responsible for delivering efficient administrative support and a high standard of customer service.
A full-time permanent position
Great team environment
Polite and efficient handling of incoming telephone calls, in-depot visitors and response to general enquiries
Recharging metro cards as required
Administration of various databases, including complaints, incidents, accidents and inductions
Manage lost property and associated enquiries within established policies and procedures
General administration duties including monthly reporting requirements, mail, correspondence, filing, uniform and stationery orders, and banking as required
Experienced in office administration
A great communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Customer service oriented
Organised and able to prioritise
Competent in MS Office suite and general computer skills
Payroll experience is desirable
