 Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe navigation and operation of the vessels
  • Management of crew and passengers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Safe navigation, mooring & unmooring of vessels
  • Crew and vessel management
  • Lead and encourage a culture of safety and professionalism

 

Requirements for success:

  • Hold a current Master Class less then 45m (Minimum)
  • Hold a current MED 3 (Minimum)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Must be willing to operate each class of vessel within the fleet (Including single manned vessels)
  • Willing to work various shifts on a rotating roster
  • Demonstrate an ability to remain calm and adapt to whatever situation arises
  • Have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service and to ensuring the safety and welfare of our crew and passengers
  • Be able to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner
  • Demonstrate an ability to quickly identify issues and troubleshoot
  • Demonstrate sound attention to detail and the ability to follow and implement instructions
