Requirements for success:
Hold a current Master Class less then 45m (Minimum)
Hold a current MED 3 (Minimum)
Current First Aid Certificate
Must be willing to operate each class of vessel within the fleet (Including single manned vessels)
Willing to work various shifts on a rotating roster
Demonstrate an ability to remain calm and adapt to whatever situation arises
Have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service and to ensuring the safety and welfare of our crew and passengers
Be able to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner
Demonstrate an ability to quickly identify issues and troubleshoot
Demonstrate sound attention to detail and the ability to follow and implement instructions
