About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Administrator at our St Agnes Depot, this position is responsible for the efficient and timely support of a variety of administrative requirements.
In this role, you will be required to assist with reception duties, process invoices and support the Senior Administrator as required with the administration of vehicle accidents (including liaison with third parties).
You will be part of the Torrens Transit administration function and provide leave support for payroll processing across the team as required.
To be successful you will ideally have:
- Experience in office administration
- Experience with payroll (desirable, not essential)
- Experience dealing with third party insurance providers (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to prioritise and meet the needs of the business
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to adapt to new systems
