Kelsian Group Limited is an ASX200 listed business with over 11,000 employees across Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual with extensive experience as a Senior Tender Coordinator.

 

About the Role

 

Join us in a pivotal role that combines strategy, research, and creativity to create winning tender proposals. Your expertise will play a central role in our corporate development team.  

 

The successful applicant will be equipped with high energy and interpersonal skills to:

  • Ensure tenders are received from the client and acknowledged in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our Bid Manager to mobilise resources and strategize. 
  • Craft tailored “win themes” through research and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of a best tender response, remaining engaged in; understanding and helping to communicate the bid strategy.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for contributors.
  • Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices.
  • Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement:
    • Have we understood the client?
    • Have we developed the best solution to meet their objectives?
    • Have we answered the question?
    • What is our value proposition?
    • Does it add genuine value for them, or do we need to dig deeper
  • Ensure that a compelling and persuasive tender is delivered on time, avoiding last-minute deadlines and rushed submissions.
  • Harness your production expertise to craft professional and polished submissions.
  • Demonstrate design prowess, from bid branding to infographics.
  • Drive the adoption of new tech for streamlining the tender process.
  • Report on progress, perform analyses, and refine processes post-tender.

Required

  • Several years of field experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.
  • Excellent written English proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project.
  • Critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
  • Adept in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in desktop publishing/layout design is a plus.
  • Team player attitude.

Preferred

  • Work experience in the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
