The Opportunity

• As a recent Graduate, you will be working in a small, dynamic planning and scheduling team based at our Morphettville Depot who will provide you with the opportunity to learn from planning and scheduling specialists, as well as playing an integral part in the communication and development of our team.

• Qualifications: We are seeking a recent tertiary graduate in fields such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, IT, or Data Analytics.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to liaise with co-workers, stakeholders, and the public.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive inquisitive mindset for identifying and resolving issues related to all aspects of a modern technology-focused business.
• Attention to Detail: A precise approach to optimising efficiency through the use of technology to drive schedules that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and modify plans accordingly.
• Team Collaboration: The ability to learn from and work collaboratively with a highly experienced team of service planners, schedulers, operational staff, and external stakeholders.
• Time Management: Able to manage their time efficiently to meet deadlines.
