About the Role

 

Transit Systems is currently seeking a HR Coordinator for an immediate start. We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who has the ability to manage multiple assignments at any given time. This is newly created role for a person looking to join a company that is committed in continuous improvement and development.

 

Principle responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Creating employment contracts and new employee information packs
  • Administering contract variations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth employee onboarding
  • Coordinate Inductions, medical appointments and training and prospective candidates
  • Assist with recruitment open days and group interviews
  • Work closely with recruitment team assisting with candidate pipelines
  • Assist with the overflow of Recruitment enquiries – telephone and email
  • Weekly / Monthly reporting
  • Adhoc Duties as required

About You

  • Previous HR administration or coordination experience
  • Exceptional ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
