We are looking for an Injury Management Advisor that has the capability of making change and adding value. This role will be responsible for implementing an organisation’s return to work program, supporting workers as they recover at work and assisting employers in meeting their obligations under workers compensation legislation. You will have the opportunity in influencing successful outcomes through; - The safe and sustained return to work of workers
- Decreased lost time impact to the business
- Decreased workers compensation insurance premiums on employers
- Liaising with injured workers, managers, workers' compensation insurer and health providers to identify suitable duties and provide best return to work outcomes for injured workers
- Maintaining the injury management injury software ensuring all claims are up to date and accurate
You will have; - Previous experience in Worker Compensation
- An understanding of the timeframes involved with NSW legislation
- Confidence to liaise with front line workers to senior and executive level staff
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of the self insurance model
- Your own vehicle and ability to work out of our depots
