Position Details: Join our team as an HSEQ Advisor, where you'll provide tactical leadership in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) for the Horizons West Division. Your role will involve supporting the development and continuous improvement of our integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Promote safety awareness and incident prevention throughout the business.
- Advise on all HSEQ matters, including policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Support the design and improvement of integrated management systems for Horizons West.
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures, training programs, and risk management processes.
- Engage in assurance activities, including audits and inspections, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide support in incident reporting and investigation, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain HSEQ reporting systems and provide regular reports and improvement opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the company's vision, values, and strategic goals.
Requirements: - Tertiary Qualifications in Work Health & Safety or related discipline.
- ICAM Incident Investigation training.
- Experience in implementing and coordinating HSEQ management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent attention to detail.
