Reservation Consultant - Permanent Full Time

About the Role

 

We are looking for motivated Permanent Full Time Reservation Consultants to join our team. A desire to provide excellent customer service and to process bookings accurately is required. This is a varied role incorporating phone, email and face-to-face customer service, ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check-ins.

 

Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends and public holidays. 

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service focused role will be highly advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a diverse customer base
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island)
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and as part of a team 
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs
  • Previous experience in a dynamic environment with an ability to multitask and deliver against identified objectives
  • Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable
