A desire to provide excellent customer service and to process bookings accurately is required. This is a varied role incorporating phone, email and face-to-face customer service, ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check-ins. Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. About You - Attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island)
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional shifts if required
- Ability and willingness to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an ability to multitask
- Customer service experience in the tourism industry is desirable
- Ability to be available across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
