Housekeeping Supervisor
K'gari Beach Resort, K'gari (Fraser Island)

The opportunity

Bring your hands-on and energetic approach to the housekeeping team at K’gari Beach Resort, K'gari (Fraser Island). We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise and assist with cleaning Hotel rooms and apartments.

 

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of resort/hotel operational procedures and will support the Assistant Resort Manager in overseeing the daily team activity to ensure every guest receives a brilliant experience.

 

With an unbeatable beachfront address on 75 Mile Beach, K’gari Beach Resort (formerly Eurong Beach Resort) is the hub for four-wheel-driving experiences along K'gari (Fraser Island's) east coast. This remote base is only accessible by 4WD and ignites a sense of adventure within a relaxed coastal escape.  The resort includes 83 newly renovated hotel accommodation, as well as a restaurant and bar, the renowned Eurong Bakery, and general store situated on expansive grounds. 

 

This is a fulltime position working across a broad rostering system of up to 76 hours a fortnight and requires the willingness to work and live at K'gari Beach Resort.

About you

  • Natural leadership skills and solution-focused
  • Experience working in a similar role at a supervisory level, minimum 2 years
  • Experience working in a hotel/resort
