About the Role
Based on 15-20 hours per week, this role works under the guidance of the Senior Finance Officer to support the Finance Manager in the Whitsundays region and works closely with the wider SeaLink Finance team to provide financial services for the Whitsundays operations.
The role will be primarily responsible for day-to-day accounts payable, including corporate credit card and petty cash transactions, as well as providing hands-on support for accounts receivable.
About You
We're looking for an efficient and motivated team player with a genuine desire to work in accounts. You may be looking for casual or part time work with a guaranteed minimum and the ability to schedule your hours around school or other commitments.
Ideally you will have the following:
Accurate numerical ability and data entry skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and to work to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management with the ability to effectively work within and across teams.
Self-motivated, professional and reliable.
High attention to detail.
