Integration Developer - Enterprise Applications

Opportunity to join an ASX-listed Global company with an exciting growth strategy

 

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Mid-Level Integration Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role will focus on building and supporting integrations across a diverse landscape of business systems, including Workday, payroll platforms, and operational systems.

 

You will work primarily with Workato (our enterprise iPaaS platform) to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations that drive Kelsian's transformation and automation goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain integration workflows using Workato.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Build APIs, connectors, and reusable integration assets.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical integration specifications and documentation.
  • Design transformation logic to map fields between systems, collaborating with BA and Data teams.
  • Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities , including post-go-live hypercare improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

About You

 

You are a detail-oriented, collaborative integration specialist with a passion for solving complex problems and optimising workflows. You bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience with integration platforms (Workato preferred, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar considered)
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, API keys, Webhooks
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and scripting (e.g. JavaScript) for data transformation
  • Solid SQL/database knowledge and understanding of integration patterns
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years' integration development experience, ideally within enterprise transformation programs
