RiverCity Ferries is part of Kelsian Group Limited, Australia’s largest integrated land and marine, tourism, and public transport service provider with established international operations in London and Singapore.  

About the Role

This position provides support across various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, policy compliance, and reporting.  The position works closely with the People & Culture Manager to ensure consistent application of HR practices and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

• You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• You will possess exceptional Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Ideal Experience

• 2 years of work experience in HR or training-related field
• Tertiary Qualifications in Training & Assessment desirable 
• Working towards an HR qualification
