About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Compliance Officer to join our team at the New Chum depot. This role provides an exciting opportunity to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.

Duties

• Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies.
  
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
  
• Monitor and report compliance with legislative requirements.
  
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes.
  
• Prepare HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  
• Contribute to the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs.

About You

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in a safety or environmental sustainability role.
  
• ICAM Incident Investigation qualifications (desirable).
  
• Drivers Licence (essential).
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Good data analysis and reporting skills.
  
• Ability to participate in open consultation.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
