We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Relief Administrator to join our team. This role will initially provide maternity leave cover until February 2027, after which it will transition into a full time relief administration position supporting operations across all our northern bus depots. Duties - Preparing wages in line with relevant awards.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting with financial reporting in collaboration with our accounting team.
- Overseeing general office duties and supporting depot teams as needed.
About you - Previous experience in payroll
- Experienced in administration and/or hold a Certificate III in Business (desirable).
- After February 2027, step into various roles and offer flexible administrative coverage across multiple northern depots as needed
You would also be expected to have the following skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- A confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Maintain high attention to detail
