Office Administrator
Beenyup

Swan Transit is seeking an experienced Office Administrator in our Beenyup depot located in Craigie. Duties will include weekly payroll for up to 100 staff and the processing of debtors and creditors.

 

About you

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Maintain high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently 
  • Previous experience in an administrator role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage.

You will also be expected to assist in all general administration and office duties. Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare wages in accordance with relevant awards
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Financial reporting in liaison with our accounting team
  • Oversee all Admin/office personnel duties

Detailed data entry is involved so  knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant.
