We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team at our Ellenbrook Depot. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and supporting a depot-based operations and workshop team. This role will initially provide maternity leave cover until February 2027, after which it will transition into a full time relief administration position supporting operations across all our northern bus depots. About the Role You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support and assist with a variety of office duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working with people. - All reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing calls
- Reconciliation of revenue
- Assisting with accounts and general financial administration
- Assisting with payroll
- General administrative and office support tasks
This role involves detailed data entry, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential. This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team
- Basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- A friendly, professional communication style
- The ability to prioritise tasks and take initiative
