SeaLink Marine and Tourism South East Queensland Join an award winning ASX listed tourism and transport company Range of Employee Benefits including career development About the Role We are seeking a Marine Training & Operations Support Officer to join the integral team within SeaLink SEQ Marine Operations. This role plays a key part in supporting marine training compliance and providing administrative assistance to operational activities, ensuring our crew remain compliant, engaged, and ready for safe operations across all vessels. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will also provide frontline and administrative support to the Training Compliance Master. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating marine training requirements and maintaining compliance records.
- Monitoring completion of crew certifications and emergency drills.
- Assisting with crew rostering, payroll timesheets, and leave requests.
- Supporting operational planning including timetables and vessel allocation.
- Maintaining accurate records for marine operations, fuel usage, and asset registers.
This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and strong time management skills. Some after-hours and weekend work may be required. About You - Demonstrated administrative and compliance experience.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience - Experience in training coordination and compliance processes; training-related qualifications highly regarded.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted administrative position.
- Experience in the Marine, Tourism, and/or Transport industry highly regarded.
- Experience working to deadlines with complex rosters preferred.
